The apartments are built over 2 blocks of 11 flats with associated parking, landscaping and ancillary works.

Works include demolition of existing buildings, remediation of site, deep drainage, infrastructure including parking and roads, site clearance, landscaping, all to turn-key completion.

Off-site manufactured Eco-200 timber panel system from LoCal Homes used for superstructure with new technology used for cladding using Webberwall brick system on external skin, avoiding the use of bricks and mortar, reducing the carbon footprint
