The project plan entails an 81 week programme of works for the construction of 14 affordable homes, complete with parking and landscaping. They comprise 4No. three beds, 11 two beds and 4 one beds.

The scope of work includes the demolition of existing structures, site remediation, installation of deep drainage systems, infrastructure development including parking and roads, site clearance, landscaping, all culminating in a turn-key completion.

Off-site manufacturing techniques are employed for the superstructure using the Eco200 panel from LoCal Homes, while cutting edge technology is utilised for the cladding through the innovative San Gobain Weber System creating a lightweight mesh of bricks and the hardy plank
