Meet Eoin, joint Founder and Managing Director of Excelsior Land Limited. With a Ph.D. and degrees in both Structural and Civil Engineering, Eoin brings unparalleled expertise to every project, ensuring exceptional standards from inception to handover. With a track record of over 300 successful projects, Eoin’s leadership ensures that Excelsior Land delivers structurally viable projects with cost efficiency in mind, while meeting the unique requirements of each client.

Previously 5 years as Board Director at The Opes Group, Eoin created and managed residential and commercial portfolios with a GDV of £330m. He played a leading role in the acquisition of Courtyard Property Group; a residential construction company providing housing for over 55′s.

Katie O’Cearbhaill

Finance Director

Introducing Katie, the Joint Founder and Finance Director of Excelsior Land Limited. With a background in finance and extensive experience in corporate management, Katie oversees the financial aspects of the business, including cost analysis, budgeting, and quality control.

With a hands-on approach, she personally ensures that every project meets the highest standards by conducting thorough inspections and signing off on each one. Katie’s expertise in performance measurement and transparent reporting ensures clear communication with clients, while her collaborative approach with the Contracts Manager and QS team ensures quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

With a proven track record in business development and commercial awareness, Katie brings invaluable insight to Excelsior Land, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Previously UK Head of Business Development at IPD (Investment Property Databank) Ltd, Katie was responsible for building a sales team and introducing commercial awareness into the business. Formerly Director at Propex Ltd, Katie played a key role in the sale of the business to CoStar for £11m in 2007.
