Refurbishment and conversion of an existing 100 year old, 10,000Ssq ft work shop into a Heritage Centre required to fulfil the 106 requirement. The renovation of the Heritage Centre included education facilities, offices, boardroom, café and auditorium and public washroom facilities.

Creation of a mezzanine level to facilitate space for a boardroom with knock through and installation of aluminium framed double glazing units with glass balcony overlooking the auditorium. All works have been finished to new build standard.
