Refurbishment and conversion of an existing 100 year old, 10,000Ssq ft workshop into a Heritage Centre required to fulfil the 106 requirement on site. The Heritage Centre includes education facilities, offices, boardroom, café and auditorium and public washroom facilities.

A creation of a mezzanine level to facilitate boardroom with knock through and installation of aluminium framed double glazing units with glass balcony overlooking the auditorium. All works finished to new build standards.
